After a short ferry ride from Rock the jetties and streets of Padstow offer a rather different walk from that of loop a.

Padstow is a town made famous by Rick Stein, seafood chef. The town houses his restaurant as well as his fish and chip shop.

The church of St. Petroc is a lovely building surrounded by carefully trimmed yew trees. Leave by the wrought iron kissing gate and rise to Prideaux Place.

From here the buildings disapear until Tregirls Farm house is reached. Stare for a moment over fields and sand, down the Camel Estuary and out to sea. It is a beautiful sight

The coastal path is picked up short of the Doom Bar - a bank of sand trecherous to shipping.

There are numerous bays and fields along this section. A war memorial marks the outskirts of Padstow.

The ferry awaits.
