Trebarwith Strand low tide, calm

thewrightline now offers a guided Piece of Eight walk starting at Trebarwith Strand.

Loop a reaches west to Tregardock and returns via fields to the start point where lunch will be served in a private garden overlooking Gull Rock.
Loop b goes cliff top to Tintagel and returns via the delightful village of Treknow to Trebarwith Strand where a cream tea will be served before departure.

David Wright, creator of Pieces of Eight, will guide this day long walk.

A couple of steep climbs early in loop a are rewarded by spectacular coastal scenery. A gentle return loop leads to the old pack horse road, which was once the sole navigable route into Trebarwith Strand.
Loop b includes views of Tintagel Castle - birth place of the legendary King Arthur - and returns through the lovely slate mining village of Treknow.

All this can be enjoyed for £38 per head.
